Circle swings: An exercise that should be done every day at home

EXERCISES circular arm swings are used even in the training of astronauts and are included in the program of some Olympic teams. These exercises do not require any extra effort and can be done at home.

Correct execution of circular swings with hands

To carry out such exercises, you need to put your feet shoulder-width apart and bend them slightly. Further from the foot, we transmit the impulse movement and begin to unwind the arms.

We produce about 15 swings of the circular type forward, then we unwind the arms in the opposite direction and do 15 repetitions.

To improve coordination of movements, you can make circular swings in different directions , with your right hand forward , and with your left hand back and vice versa. At first, the brain will be confused , but soon the neural connection will be built.
