1. If your back hurts.

“Sleep with your head up. If your head is down , mucus clogs your sinuses overnight , so rest your head on a big pillow."
4. With a headache.
The health expert writes:
"I used to have constant headaches until I realized I was twisting my neck while I was sleeping."
He advises sleeping on your back with pillows around your head to keep it from rolling at night.
5. With menstrual pain.
Painful symptoms associated with PMS can be relieved a little at night , and this will help you sleep soundly.
