How to get rid of back fat

To get rid of fat folds on the back , it is not enough to eat a healthy diet and do exercise - it is also very important to monitor your posture.

Exercise #1

To say goodbye to the “ears” on your back: stand on the mat , holding with your palms and knees ( in the pose of a dog) and relax your back. Arch your back like a cat and then go down and forward like you want your belly to touch the ground. Get up and down ten times , very carefully.
