Protein diet. Diet for 5 days

Expected weight loss is about 6 kg.

Protein diet menu.

Breakfast:

Boiled egg , green tea with a slice of cheese.

Lunch:

Grated green apple with carrots. For greater effect, you can add a little honey. , ginger or cinnamon.

Dinner:

Boiled chicken breast or grilled.

Fat-burning salad - white cabbage , cucumber , celery , onion , lettuce. Season the salad with a tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil , you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Chicken can be replaced with any other lean meat or fish.
