THERMAL STIMULATION OF THE EYES

Take two large pieces of fabric. Dip one in hot water ( which can only be tolerated), the other in ice. Remove the cloth from the hot water and place it on your eyes for 1 minute. Then apply a cloth moistened with cold water to your eyes for one minute as well. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times. Dry your eyes.

Go outside for fresh air or open a window. Take several deep breaths before exercising. Your blood is now ready to send oxygen to your eyes.

Inhale deeply , hold your breath without exhaling , bend at the waist and , with your knees slightly bent , lower your head so that it is below the level of your heart . Now the blood , enriched with oxygen , goes to the head and to the eyes , removing poisons and waste.

Stand in this position , slowly counting to five. Repeat the exercise several times.

HOW TO RELAX EYES

Stand with your eyes closed for 3-5 minutes with your face turned to the sun.
