Flatbread is a great substitute for bread. Every cuisine in the world has its own version. Try the simple cheese tortillas , which take no more than ten minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 ml kefir
- 320 g flour
- 1 tsp with a slide of baking powder
- 1 st. l. vegetable oil
- grated cheese
Recipe
Crack an egg into a bowl, add salt and kefir. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Sift 320 grams of flour into a separate bowl, add baking powder and stir.
Pour in the kefir mixture and start kneading the dough. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Dust the table with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin cake.
As a filling, add grated cheese on a coarse grater. Roll up the dough.
