There is nothing to be ashamed of , and there are ways to tone up and defeat the bulge of underarm fat.
Your DNA plays a key role in where you store fat , and the upper back is not the easiest , but the right exercises can show impressive results.
Pull
Stand with your arms crossed over your chest and feet hip-width apart , knees slightly bent. Lean forward from the hips lowering the chest to the floor , keeping the neck in line with the spine. Slowly return to a standing position. To increase the challenge , put your hands behind your head and step forward.
Stretch
This stretch is performed on the floor , lying face down on the ground with arms and legs extended. Raise your chest off the floor with your arms up in Y position. Then move your arms to T position by moving your hands to the side of your shoulders with your thumbs up. Lower your arms down to your sides , keeping your finger up , lifting your chest high off the floor to move your body into I position. Then slowly lower your chest and arms back to Y position as you lower your body down.
Arms and legs
Start in a position on all fours , hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips. Keeping the body in a stable position , stretch the right leg back and the left arm forward. Hold , lower and repeat on the other side.
