Consuming garlic on a regular basis helps kill the H. pylori bacteria. A 2016 study found that those who consumed about 3 grams of garlic for lunch and dinner a marked reduction in Helicobacter pylori bacteria.

6. Propolis
It has been scientifically proven that propolis contains over 300 natural compounds such as sequiterpene quinines , steroids , coumarins , phenolic aldehydes and amino acids that inhibit the growth of H. pylori bacteria .

7. Herbs
Extracts of Agpimonia eupatoria , Salvia officinalis ( Sage), Hydrastis canadensis ( Goldenseal) and Filipendula ulmaria ( been shown the growth of Helicobacter pylori bacteria.

8. Reduce stress
Stress makes symptoms worse! Also , people with high levels of stress and anxiety showed lower immune functioning and higher rates of H. pylori infections and stomach inflammation/ulcers.

9. General H. pylori

Eat more:

  2. Raw honey , especially manuka honey .
  3. Cruciferous vegetables , especially broccoli and broccoli sprouts.
  4. Berries , especially blueberries , raspberries , strawberries , blackberries, and blueberries
  5. Foods rich in probiotics such as kefir.
  6. Wild fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Avoid:

  • pickled products
  • caffeine
  • carbonated drinks
  • spicy foods
  • low fiber grains.
