For many people , depending on their energy structure , anger accumulates in the body. It is controlled by the hypothalamus. Chemicals designed to help you in battle flood your body.
But because you cannot regularly pour out your anger on loved ones or on any other object at hand , the chemicals are not burned , and anger continues to accumulate in the body. The muscles of the neck and shoulders may become tight at the base of the skull. The pressure builds up and energy needs to be released. Looking for a way out , anger can pour out completely unfairly on your children or spouse. It can cause emotional and physical trauma to your own body. You are faced with a problem that is not only psychological , but also biochemical , so solutions must take into account this physical aspect as well.
Before your inner murmuring starts to resemble Vesuvius
, follow these steps ( completion time - about a minute). 1. Stand up , rub your hands and shake them.
2. Taking a very deep breath , join your hands above your head , pulling them up as high as possible.
3. Turn your palms towards you ( down) and clench them into a fist , as if about to hit someone .
4. Exhaling air through your mouth , forcefully , with a quick movement, “bring down” your hands down. When the hands complete the movement , open your palms.
5. Repeat this movement two more times , but now very slowly and carefully.
Feel the strength in your biceps. 6. Repeat , hitting again with a quick movement , continuing until the atmosphere clears up.
7. At the end, do the exercise "Zipping the energy zipper", inhaling fresh air and energy.
"ZIPPING THE ENERGY ZIPPER"
When you experience sadness or painful sensitivity , the central meridian, the energy pathway that controls the central nervous system , can work like a radio receiver which other people's negative thoughts and energies enter you - as if you were open and available to various extraneous influences. The central meridian runs like a zipper from the pubic bone up to the lower lip , and you can use the electromagnetic and other subtle energies of your hands to "zip up this zipper" i.e. drive the energy along the meridian. By moving your hands up the central meridian , you drive energy along its line.

To perform the exercise “Zipping the Energy Lightning” do the following ( completion time - 20 seconds).
1. Vigorously tap on the K-27 points to make sure that the movement of energy along your meridians is directed forward.
2. Place your hand on the lower end of the central meridian , which is located on the pubic bone.
3. Inhale deeply and at the same time slowly and meaningfully move your hand up along the center line to the lower lip.
Repeat three times. This is the natural direction of movement of energy along the central meridian. Moving along it in this way , you strengthen the meridian , and the meridian strengthens you. You can run energy through it as much as you want. Don't forget to breathe deeply while doing this. As a result, you will feel more concentrated , in control of yourself and your power.
The central meridian is highly sensitive to other people's thoughts and feelings , as well as your own. It directly affects all of your chakras. When you feel good , you seem to be protected , as if this "zipper" were completely fastened on you.
Because the central meridian is intimately connected to your thoughts and feelings , it also responds quite easily to hypnosis and self-hypnosis. An effective way to psychologically plant positive affirmations , statements like "I am calm , focused and in perfect order," is to say them when you "fasten the energy zipper" along the central meridian and imagine that you include them in every cell of your body.
