This method works flawlessly! It is completely harmless , so you can stick to it for life.
As soon as we wake up, we drink 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. Who does not have stomach problems , add the juice of half a lemon , it's even better.
Breakfast ( 8-9 am)
- 20 minutes after 2 glasses of water. You can’t drink during meals , you can’t drink food , only 20 minutes BEFORE and two hours AFTER
- Oatmeal porridge cooked on water ( steamed), with chopped walnuts ( 3 nuts or 6 halves).
- After breakfast, we don’t eat for 2 hours and don’t drink for an hour , you can’t.
Snack ( 10-11 hours)
- We drink two glasses of water in advance , we wait 20 minutes for the last glass of water.
- After you can eat an apple , preferably green , fat-free cottage cheese or yogurt.
- After a snack, do not eat for two hours and do not drink for an hour.
Lunch ( 12-13 hours)
- Drink two glasses of water , wait 20 minutes.
- For lunch, you can afford carbohydrates , but only complex ones.
For example:
Durum wheat pasta in tomato sauce
- Buckwheat with soy sauce
- Chicken or turkey with brown rice
- Oven baked vegetables.
- Look to your taste , the main thing is nothing fried.
- Salting is undesirable , well, or at a minimum and ready-made dishes.
- After dinner, do not drink or eat for 2 hours.
Plodnik ( 14-15 hours)
- We drink one or two glasses of water , wait 20 minutes.
- Cook baked apples , it is very tasty and healthy.
- Cut the green apple in half , cut out the core , sprinkle the halves with cinnamon. Pour a little water on the bottom of the baking sheet , place the apple halves , and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle apples with chopped nuts and pour honey ( optional).
- We don't drink for two hours.
Dinner ( 17-18 hours)
- 1-2 glasses of water , wait 20 minutes.
- For dinner you need something protein , if you are not very hungry , let it be cottage cheese or egg white omelet , if you want something more serious , cook chicken
- or a turkey with vegetables in the oven or steamed.
- After dinner , at 19 o'clock , it's a great time for sports.
- After you have returned from training , you drink a glass of yogurt , brush your teeth and go about your business.
- That's all , this nutrition system includes elements of many other systems and diets , I consider it correct and effective , since there is absolutely no hunger , eating 5 times a day , a hearty breakfast + the rule "2 liters of water per day" is followed
- The most important thing is not to fill up at night , observe the intervals between meals and water intakes , salt to a minimum and do not fry food.
If you don't like apples , you can replace them with some fruits , the main thing is to eat fruits before dinner and do not mix them with anything.
