Personally, I prefer to add fibrous beans , zucchini , celery , parsnips , beets , dill - these are the plants that nature endowed with the maximum amount of organic sodium. this broth ( and only it) all day long.
7 Day Cleansing Diet - Don't Eat What You Shouldn't
This diet is based on species nutrition , which we will talk about later.
The main principle of this diet: do not eat what you can not. Plus, add some dishes that are especially beneficial for the cleansing process.
What can't be eaten?
- no chips or crackers; no white bread and bread with yeast
- exclude all sausages , fatty meats , all beef and pork , bird skin , duck and goose;
- you can not eat anything fried , canned and frozen;
- give up whole milk , sweetened yoghurts with

1. Every day I strongly advise you to eat carrot salad.
It is prepared in the following way. We take a cup of finely grated carrots or carrot pulpremaining after squeezing the juice. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice ( dosage of oil and juice can be proportionally increased , but not reduced!). Mix everything thoroughly , you can add pineapple or raisins to taste.
This salad helps cleanse the liver , but only on the condition that you eat it every seven days. Otherwise, you will have to start all over again , and time is precious to us!
2. Also drink 1-2 cups of vegetable broth every day.
I will not limit your imagination , but I will still my signature broth, proven by my own experience.
We will need 2-3 cups of finely chopped green beans , 3 cups of chopped zucchini squash , 3 stems or one small root of finely chopped celery , 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley , a little dill , garlic and onion.
In this mixture, add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter , season everything to taste with ginger , sweet pepper , herbs. Vegetables for the broth - green beans , zucchini and celery should be dipped in boiling water and kept for a short time - so that they do not change color. After that, put the vegetables in the mixer and prepare the puree.
Remember that our broth should be thick.
3. Drink a glass of green drink each of the seven days.
Pass the green leaves of vegetables through a meat grinder. Beet tops , tops , carrots , spinach , parsley , zucchini , cabbage , cucumber , lettuce , dandelion leaves and roots , wheatgrass , sprouted wheat and what else you can find will suit us.
