The 20 Second Habit That Will Keep Your Spine Healthy for Years to Come!

It is worth recognizing that not everyone knows what an important function is assigned to the spine in the human body. First of all , it is worth realizing that the spine is the main supporting structure of our body , which is constantly subjected to stress. How often do we forget that our spine requires no less attention than the rest of our body. The retribution for this is the displacement of the intervertebral discs , hernia , osteochondrosis , pinched nerve roots, etc. As a result, we are accompanied by constant pain in its various departments , the quality of life changes. In the meantime , there is one very simple exercise that will help keep your spine healthy for many years.

Good habit for the spine

Every day , lying in bed , get into a good habit of stretching your spine at night:

1) raise your hands up , in relation to your body , and not to the ceiling;

2) then bend the ankle joint, i.e., take both feet on yourself and straighten your knees;

3) tighten the buttocks , i.e. strain them;

4) draw in the lower abdomen and firmly press the lower back to the bed;

5) and now , while maintaining this position , stretch your arms up and your heels down , stretching your spine in two directions.

Start holding the stretch for 5 seconds and gradually work your way up to 20 seconds.

Then relax well.

I advise you to learn this exercise first on the floor , on the mat , and having mastered and felt it well , practice it every time before going to bed.

What is the effect of this exercise? By stretching the spine before going to bed , you stretch the vertebrae between each other , thereby and freeing the deformed and clamped intervertebral discs.

The freed space will allow the disks flattened during the day to absorb a sufficient amount of liquid overnight , and the disks will successfully perform their shock-absorbing function all the next day!

Stretching the spine at night , you keep it healthy for many years.

Save so you don't lose
