- 1 st. a spoonful of corn starch
- 1 egg
- 630 g flour
First, grate the peeled apples on a coarse grater.

We send softened butter , vegetable oil , kefir , starch , egg , turmeric and vanilla sugar , and then mix until smooth.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
The dough turns out moderately fat , elastic , soft and not sticky to hands.
Such a pleasure to work with.
We form small “koloboks” from the dough, and then press them down and give the shape of an oval.
We spread the cooled apple filling on the workpiece , slightly retreating from the edge.
We roll the bagel.
We put the bagels on a baking sheet , maintaining a distance of 1.5-2 cm and send them to the oven preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes.
We take out the bagels and immediately sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Delicate , fragrant , moderately sweet, they are good both with tea and on their own.
You can even serve them to the table without waiting for complete cooling.
