Gymnastics of the pharaohs: Exercises that should be done immediately after waking up

In this article, you will learn a complex of bed gymnastics , developed by Egyptian priests specifically for the pharaohs , which will help you wake up faster and confidently meet the upcoming work day.

Useful exercises without getting out of bed

  • Finger massage
  • Rubbing forehead with palms
  • Rubbing the ears
  • Massage of the temporal cavities
  • Eye massage
  • Massage of the calf muscles
  • Exercise "Stretching"
  • Massage with the palms of the occipital region of the head
  • belly massage
  • Rise on toes
  • Finger massage

Immediately after waking up, rub your palms strongly and massage your fingers: with three fingers of one hand ( thumb , index and middle), massage each finger of the other hand in the direction from the nail to the hand ( Fig. 1).

Due to the presence of a reflex connection between the skin receptors of the hand and the internal organs , finger massage stimulates their functions: the thumb - the function of the bronchopulmonary system , the index finger - the gastrointestinal tract and softens stress reactions , the middle finger - improves the regulation of vascular tone , the ring finger - stimulates physical and mental performance , little finger - stimulates cardiac activity and normalizes the heart rhythm.

Thus ends my morning complex of awakening and stimulating gymnastics , developed one and a half thousand years before the birth of Christ by Egyptian priests for the ruling elite - the pharaohs and their inner circle. It turns out that what was known to our ancestors more than three thousand years ago can bring tangible benefits to our electronic age of super technologies . And apparently , they were not so “deaf” savages , if they invented this very “bed gymnastics” and built the Egyptian pyramids on the basis of accurate knowledge of astronomy and mathematics. Let's tell them our civilized "thank you" for this physical culture "novelty".
