Exercises against dizziness in cervical osteochondrosis

1. Slowly , with effort, stretch your neck up ( while you do not need to lift your head , look in front of you). Hold the tension in your neck for a few seconds , then relax your neck. Repeat 10 times.

2. Slowly , with effort, turn your head to the left until it stops. Hold this position for a few seconds , then relax your muscles and return to the starting position. 10 times.

3. Slowly , with effort, turn your head to the right until it stops. Hold this position for a few seconds , then relax your muscles and return to the starting position.Exercises against dizziness in cervical osteochondrosis 10 times

4. Slowly , forcefully lower your head , touching your chest with your chin. Hold the tension in the muscles for a few seconds , then relax the muscles and raise your head. 10 times.

5. Slowly , with effort, tilt your head back as far as possible. Hold the tension in the muscles for a few seconds , then relax the muscles and return to the starting position. 10 times.

6. "Write" with your nose the numbers from 1 to 10 and from 10 to 15 times.

Repeat each exercise at first 3-4 times. Gradually increase the number of repetitions.
