  • 700 ml organic apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ st. chopped onion
  • 2 hot peppers

  • 2 tbsp. l. grated horseradish

COOKING

1. Mix all ingredients except vinegar in a glass jar.

2. Add apple cider vinegar so that it fills the jar to the top.

3. Close the jar tightly with a lid and shake several times.

4. Place the jar for 2 weeks in a cool, dry place and shake well several times a day.

5. After two weeks, squeeze and strain the mixture.

6. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator.
