1st way:

2nd way:

Well-washed leaves are cut , crushed , juice is squeezed out , mixed with an equal amount of honey and boiled for 20 minutes. For the winter, the juice is poured with vodka in equal proportions.

During the treatment period, he excluded fried , salty , smoked , dry sausages , alcohol and smoking ( especially on an empty stomach). For a complete cure for the next year ( and, if necessary, for the third), repeat the course.
