The size of the bag can be arbitrary.
It is easy to adjust it to the size of any convenient package. For sewing you will need:
- small piece of fabric
- rubber bands
- tape measure
- scissors
- chalk or soap for marking.
The consumption of fabric corresponds in length to the doubled height of the future bag , and in width it exceeds the width of the finished product by 25-30 cm. This is necessary in order for the bag to turn out to be voluminous and more spacious. In fact, this is a rectangle , which, if desired, can even be made combined.
First, fold the fabric in four and make markings on the inside. In our case, it is 14 cm high and 10 cm wide. From the intersection of the lines we measure 1 cm towards the center and make a rounding. 
Without unfolding the fabric, cut out the middle and proceed to the side markings. In our case, we set aside 18.5 cm from the top. From this point we set aside 11 cm upwards. Conditionally dividing the resulting segment in half , we make a mark , deepening by 2.5 cm.
We make another mark next to the top point of the segment , but here the depth will be less - 2 cm. The next point coincides with the top corner of the canvas , that is, the groove disappears. Connecting all the points to each other , we trim the edge.
Then we work with a canvas unfolded or folded in half. If possible, pick up the fabric from all sides. 
We sew the bag on the sideswithout affecting the handles.
We make partial bends in the area of the handles , folding each of them in half , and then we sew the bottom.
It is due to this that the bag will be roomy.
Having turned the bag inside out , we fold it according to the principle of a T-shirt bag and proceed to the processing of the handles.
To do this, we turn them out again and build them up.
We immediately move on to processing the inner edge of the bag , and then we outline the place of the elastic and sew it on.
The bag is ready. It remains only to fold it correctly and secure with an elastic band. 
If desired, this bag can be easily supplemented with an internal Velcro fastener .
